Mandatory Military Service
Chang-Wook began his mandatory military service on 14 August 2017. Initially, he underwent basic training at the Army’s 3rd Infantry Division at Cheorwon, Gangwon Province and after completion, he received a prize for high performance.
Following this, he was assigned to the Army’s 5th Artillery Brigade at Cheorwon, Gangwon Province to complete the remainder of his military service. Chang-Wook was then appointed as a Platoon Leader and later received a promotion to Corporal.
Again, he received the promotion to Sergeant and was finally discharged on 27 April 2019.
